About The Hostel
Since 2011, our hostel has been a cozy home base for travelers in Playa del Carmen, making us one of the pioneers in the local backpacking scene. We’re tucked just 5 blocks from the beach and 4 from the vibrant 5th Avenue, in a laid-back house with both private rooms and shared dorms. Inside, you’ll find a friendly bar, a community kitchen to whip up your own meals (or share a taste of your home country), and plenty of hammocks to sink into after a sunny day out.
The walls are alive with colorful murals, and our nights often fill with music—live bands, open mic sessions, and cultural events that bring together locals and travelers from all over the world. Whether you’re here to swap stories over a drink, chill with your guitar, or just soak in the Playa vibe, our doors are open. This isn’t just a hostel—it’s your beachside home with a heartbeat.
